Jumping Jack: the popularity of the Jack Russell soars

The Jack Russell Terrier, famed for being owned by King Charles and Queen Camilla, has experienced a boom in popularity, with The Kennel Club reporting a 40 per cent increase in puppy births this year, ahead of the coronation. The organisation urges would-be owners to spend time researching which dog best suits their lifestyle – the Jack Russell, which is one of 222 breeds recognised by The Kennel Club, is known to be small, active and friendly.
