Furr Boost Refreshes Its Packs for a More Grown-Up Future

At Furr Boost, we’ve always believed that good things happen when you listen to your customers, your community, and even your critics. Recently, as part of reviewing our brand identity, we saw an opportunity to evolve and modernise how we present ourselves on shelf. What began as a design review quickly became a moment of growth for the brand.

That process gave us the chance to step back and re-evaluate how our product was communicating in store. The result is a refreshed and refined identity that feels confident, grown up, and crystal clear, while still rooted in everything that makes Furr Boost special.

The new logo is paw-print free and proudly minimal, reflecting our brand’s maturity and simplicity. But the heart of Furr Boost hasn’t changed. We’re still the same small, passionate team crafting functional hydration smoothies your customers trust - with high-quality, human-grade ingredients and absolutely no compromise on taste or wellbeing.

Our packaging redesign goes beyond aesthetics. We’ve reimagined how our packs work for customers in real life. While Phoebe’s story, the beagle who inspired it all, remains proudly on-pack, the focus now is on instantly communicating who it’s for, how to use it, and the benefits it brings. Clear iconography and bold visual cues highlight Furr Boost’s support for eight pillars of dog health: digestion, gut motility, metabolism, anxiety, appetite, immunity, skin and coat, and hydration.

When we began redesigning the packaging, we turned to the people who matter most—our community of dog owners. Through direct conversations, feedback, and testing, they helped us understand how the pack could better serve them. Their input shaped the final result into something not only more informative, but more practical and user-friendly, too.

As interest in Furr Boost continues to grow, the introduction of a 2D barcode marks a new era in how we connect with our customers. More than a compliance step toward GS1’s Sunrise 2027 standards, this feature acts as a digital passport - bringing the pack to life. The platform has the capability to translate all on-pack information into 84 languages, making Furr Boost truly export-ready and accessible to international audiences.

This technology doesn’t just future-proof our packaging; it opens the door to real-time updates, deeper storytelling, and meaningful engagement. With one simple scan, users can access everything from ingredient origins and veterinary insights to recipe suggestions and feeding guidance - building trust, transparency and education into every pack.

The platform also provides valuable insights into which content matters most to our customers, allowing us to evolve and improve over time. It supports our goals around accessibility and education while reinforcing the Furr Boost promise of quality and care.

This refresh marks a proud new chapter in the Furr Boost journey, from a homemade hydration solution for one much-loved beagle to a trusted product on shelves across the UK and, soon, beyond. The outside may look different, but the commitment inside remains exactly the same.

The redesign has been rolled out for Beef, Chicken and Salmon and will be rolled out on the remaining flavours throughout the rest of the year.
