Chicken Curry Recipe

Chicken Curry

Curry for dogs? Yes, our best friends can enjoy a curry just as much as we do. This one is obviously a lot less spicy, but it just as tasty. Packed with some super healthy foods such as spinach, ginger, turmeric and Kefir, this is one healthy hot dinner for the colder nights ahead.

Ingredients

One pack raw chicken

2 x handfuls of fresh spinach

¼ tsp ginger

1 tsp turmeric

2 grinds of black pepper

¼ tsp cinnamon

125mls of natural yoghurt or non-dairy kefir

1 Cauliflower

How to make

Pop the chicken mince in a non-stick pan and add the spices.  Cook until brown. Then add your spinach and cook until wilted.  Once everything is combined and cooked through, stir in the natural yoghurt or non-dairy kefir and remove from the heat.  Remove the stalks and whizz up the heads of cauliflower in a blender (or grate) until it resembles rice.  Add this to a small frying pan with a splash of water and cook for a couple of minutes until softened.

Create a bed of cauliflower rice in your dog’s bowl and top with your chicken curry.

TOP TIP: Please ensure it is cool before serving.
